I am traveling with GoPro, Insta360 and DJI footage and editing on a Windows laptop.
If I only have time to simplify one thing before the trip, should I standardize frame rate, color mode, resolution, or file organization?

I would also test the hardest codec/resolution on the laptop before leaving so you know whether proxies are mandatory.

File organization first, then frame-rate planning. You can correct color differences later, but missing files and ambiguous card dumps destroy time.
