I can put speed, altitude, route, distance and acceleration on screen, but it quickly starts looking like an aircraft dashboard.
For riding footage, which two or three overlays are actually useful?

For me: speed plus a small route map. I only add altitude when the climb itself is part of the story.

That is a good editorial rule: telemetry should explain the action, not cover it. We will include minimalist overlay presets in the design examples rather than only showing every available value at once.
