Quik is convenient for adding a quick speed sticker, but I often want the same data inside a longer desktop edit with titles, music and several cameras.
Is there a good reason to render the sticker in Quik first, or is it better to keep the source clean and add telemetry later in the desktop editor?

If the desktop workflow can read the source telemetry, I would avoid baking the sticker into an intermediate. It keeps the gauge editable and avoids another encode.

I only use the app-first route when I need a fast social clip. For a longer project I want the original telemetry and styling freedom.
