I can see the ride in my sports app, but the Insta360 Stats workflow does not match it to the video.
The camera time and activity time are close, but I am not sure they overlap exactly. What would you check first?

Exact time overlap first. If the activity ends before the video starts, the app has nothing to match even if both were recorded on the same day.

I found a clock-offset issue in my case, so the data existed but the time windows never actually intersected.

Also confirm the source is one the current Stats workflow supports and test with a short clip/activity pair before troubleshooting the whole trip.
