Because I can point the virtual camera anywhere, it is tempting to reframe constantly. My first edit feels restless.
Any rule of thumb for making 360-to-2D footage feel like it was intentionally shot rather than continuously corrected?

Treat each reframing move like a real camera move: it should reveal something, follow action or solve a composition problem.

I also leave longer static holds. The ability to move the view does not mean the viewer wants it moving all the time.
